Core Curriculum
- 1. The applicants shall be non-Chinese citizen, and meet the requirements of JWH [2020] No. 12 Document of the Education Ministry of China. The applicants shall be physically and mentally healthy, with no criminal records, and willing to abide by the laws and regulations of China and the regulations of Jinzhou Medical University.
- 2. Applicants should be between 18 and 30 years old as of September Ist, 2026. Applicants who are under the age of 18 shall submit a guarantee letter from his/her guardians in China when applying.
- 3. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs shall hold the new HSK4 certificate (with scores of 180+). Applicants whose mother tongue is Chinese or been taught in Chinese in high school can be exempted from HSK certificate if certified by Jinzhou Medical University.
- 4. Study Requirements for Ethnic Chinese
- If the applicant's parents are or one of the parents is Chinese, or the applicant has emigrated from Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and acquired foreign nationality, according to the No.12 Announcement of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (2020), they shall be naturalized for 4 years or more (before April 30, 2026) and have more than 2 years of residence in foreign countries during this period (The actual residence in a foreign country for more than 9 months in a year can be calculated as one year, subject to the entry and exit stamps).
- Applicants born in foreign countries are required to meet the above criteria, and provide personal birth certificates and parents' nationality certificates.
- 5. Academic Proficiency Test Requirements: Applicants are required to take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA), which serves as one of the core admission criteria for undergraduate study in China.
