Applicants must complete and submit the official application form accurately and truthfully. All personal, academic, and contact information provided must be consistent with the supporting documents uploaded.
Foreigner Physical Examination Form
A completed Foreigner Physical Examination Form issued by an authorized medical institution. Please note that the form will be considered invalid if it is incomplete or missing: The attending physician’s signature The hospital’s official stamp The applicant’s photo or official seal The physical examination results are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
Non-Criminal Record Certificate
A bank statement issued in the name of the applicant or a family member, showing a minimum balance of RMB 30,000, demonstrating sufficient financial capacity to cover living and study expenses during the study period.
Applicants must be under 30 years old.
Required for all applicants except MBA applicants, for whom it is not required.
An interview may be required depending on the supervisor’s decision.
Renting accommodation outside the campus is allowed. Students may choose off-campus housing in accordance with university regulations.

Passport
A clear scanned copy of the passport homepage showing the applicant’s personal information, passport number, nationality, date of birth, and validity period. The passport must be valid and clearly legible, as it will be used for identity verification and admission procedures.
Photo
A recent passport-sized photo, preferably with a white or plain background.
Recommendation Letters
Two letters of recommendation written by full professors or associate professors in the relevant academic field. Each letter must include the professor’s signature, contact phone number, and email address.
Study and Research Plan in China
A Study and Research Plan, written in Chinese or English, of approximately 800 words, outlining the applicant’s academic background, study objectives, and research interests.
