Foreign applicants, including Chinese citizens with foreign citizenship and overseas Chinese, who are healthy, interested in studying in China, willing to observe the laws and regulations of the Chinese government, and respect Chinese customs, may apply for admission to the university.
Applicants for majors where Chinese is the medium of instruction must demonstrate a Chinese language proficiency of at least Level 4 on the Chinese Language Proficiency Scales for Speakers of Other Languages or its equivalent.
Applicants wishing to enroll in a pre-college class or a four-year undergraduate program must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and be between the ages of 16 and 25.
