- 1. Non-Chinese citizens aged 18 to 30, in good physical and mental health (without color blindness or color weakness), who have graduated from high school or possess an equivalent academic qualification.
- 2. Applicants who were born as foreign nationals with one or both parents being Chinese citizens residing abroad, as well as those who have emigrated from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan to a foreign country and are applying as international students, must hold a valid foreign passport or international documentation for at least four years (inclusive) and provide proof of having actually resided abroad for more than two years within the last four years (by April 30 of the enrollment year).
- 3. Language Proficiency Requirements: Non-native English speakers must provide proof of English proficiency through an IELTS Academic test (with an overall score no less than 6.0 and no individual band score below 5.0), TOEFL iBT (with an overall score no less than 70 and no individual section score below 15 ), or an equivalent standardized English test. Native English speakers or applicants who have completed their previous education entirely in English are exempt from submitting English test scores but must provide official documentation from their previous institution certifying their English performance and confirming that the medium of instruction was English.
- 4. The previous academic performance shall meet one of the following requirements:
- (1) Excellent performance in senior high school graduation examinations, with the score of mathematics no less than 70 points (out of 100 points), and the score of either physics or chemistry also no less than 70 points (out of 100 points).
- (2) Having completed the Preparatory program recognized by our university and met the graduation standards.
- 5. A score not lower than 70 points (on a 100-point scale) in the entrance interview (conducted remotely or on campus).
- 6. CSCA score report:Mathematics is a compulsory subject.
