- 2) For applicants who used to be Chinese citizens but later immigrated to other countries, these applicants shall provide the certificates of cancellation of Chinese nationality. 5. Applicants shall hold at least a high school diploma or graduation certificate. 6. Applicants shall have Chinese language proficiency equivalent to or above HSK Level 4..
