- 2.The requirements for applicants' degree and age are that applicants must: (1) be a high school graduate over the age 18 and under the age of 30 when applying for the undergraduate programs.
- Applicants who have not reached the age of 18 before the date of registration for the new semester, he/she shall submit the original notarization certificate of the guardian issued by the Tianjin Notarization Office.
- The guardian must be a resident with permanent residence in Tianjin.
- 3.The applicant must conduct well and be physically and mentally healthy.
