Admission Requirements

Applicants must be in good health, both mentally and physically.
Applicants must be citizens of countries other than the People's Republic of China.
Applicants must hold a master's diploma.
Applicants must be under the age of 40. For HIT Scholarship applicants, the age limit is under 35.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
For English-taught programs, applicants must meet one of the following language proficiency standards:
- TOEFL score of 80 or higher
- Academic IELTS score of 6.0 or higher (with no subtest lower than 5.5)
- Other authorized equivalent standards of English proficiency
If the language of instruction in the applicant's previous degree was English, they may provide an English language instruction certificate issued by the previous degree institution.
There is no requirement for applicants' proficiency in Chinese.
