Applicants must submit the official certificate(s) of their highest completed degree. Graduating students who have not yet received their final diploma are required to provide a pre-graduation certificate or an official student status certificate issued by their current university. Such applicants must submit the original or notarized copy of the final degree certificate(s) no later than the time of registration.
Notarized Chinese or English transcripts of the Bachelor’s degree, and Master’s degree (if applicable) are required. The transcripts must: Be officially issued and sealed by the Academic Affairs Office, Graduate School, or Student Management Department of the attending university Clearly show all courses taken, grades received, and academic performance
Applicants must submit valid language proficiency certificates, depending on the language of instruction of the applied program. The certificates must be officially recognized and valid at the time of application.
Application Form
Applicants must complete and submit the official application form accurately and truthfully. All personal, academic, and contact information provided must be consistent with the supporting documents uploaded.
Academic Publications or Achievements (If Applicable)
Published academic papers, research outputs, awards, or other academic achievements, if available.
Recommendation Letters
Two letters of recommendation written by full professors or associate professors in the relevant academic field. Each letter must include the professor’s signature, contact phone number, and email address.

Documents in other languages must be accompanied by notarized translations, submitted together with the original documents. 2.Applicants must ensure that all required materials are uploaded correctly according to the stated requirements. Once the application is submitted, supplementary materials are generally not accepted. Applicants should be between 18-35 years old
Applicants are required to submit a self-introduction video in which they briefly introduce themselves, describe their academic background, study or research interests, reasons for applying, and future academic goals. The video should be clear, well-organized, and recorded in a quiet environment with good audio and video quality. It should be presented in English or Chinese in accordance with the language requirements of the applied program and will be used as part of the overall evaluation of the applicant’s suitability and motivation for the program.
Zhejiang University offers on-campus dormitory accommodation for international students at the Haining Campus. Both single rooms and double rooms are available, and accommodation is assigned by the university based on availability. The annual accommodation cost ranges from RMB 8,000 to RMB 10,000 per academic year. Rates may vary from year to year and are randomly assigned according to room size and orientation. Personal Information Page of Passport
Clear scanned copy of the passport’s personal information page. The passport must be valid after March 1, 2027. If the validity period does not meet this requirement, the passport must be renewed in advance. Passport information cannot be changed after enrollment registration.
Personal Statement
A personal statement written in Chinese or English, no less than 1,500 words. The statement should include, but is not limited to: Academic background Work or research experience Reasons for applying Proposed study or research plan

Applicants must provide the 2026 version of this form for the supervisor to complete. This document is mandatory for certain programs. Please refer to the official Master’s Program Catalog for specific requirements.
