Temel Müfredat
- Non-Chinese citizens who hold a foreign passport and comply with the relevant regulations set by Document No. 12 (2020) of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 30 as of September 1 of the year of enrollment and must have obtained a high school diploma or higher.
- Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy, meeting the physical examination requirements for a Chinese Visa and Residence Permit, as well as the physical examination requirements for BSU programs to ensure their ability to study and live in China.
- Applicants must have no record of disciplinary violations, public security punishments, or criminal conduct. They should show respect towards China, behave appropriately, comply with Chinese laws and university regulations, and respect Chinese customs.
- Applicants must have passed HSK Level 4 or above.
