Applicants who have graduated from Chinese universities must have an excellent academic record, with preference given to those who have received scholarships from the Chinese government at the national, provincial, or municipal level.
- - Applicants must provide letters of recommendation from at least two scholars who hold the title of associate professor or higher.
- - Applicants must be in good academic standing and provide relevant certificates of good performance from the previous institution, as well as a non-criminal record.
