- 1.1 Eligibility Criteria
- To apply to Jinan University, international students must meet the following requirements:

- Residency Requirement: Have a record of actual residence in foreign countries for more than 2 years within the past 4 years (from May 1, 2021, to April 30, 2025).

- Applicants must meet the following language proficiency requirements based on the language of instruction for their chosen major:
- For Chinese-Taught Majors: Applicants must have a Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) Level 5 score of 180 points or higher.
