  • 1.Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People's Republic of China,and being good health.
  • For the applicant who was originally a Chinese citizen and joined a foreign nationality, TUFE implements No.12 Notice of the Ministry of Education(2020).
  • 2.The requirements for applicants' degree and age are that applicants must: (1) be a high school graduate over the age 18 and under the age of 30 when applying for the undergraduate programs.
  • Applicants who have not reached the age of 18 before the date of registration for the new semester, he/she shall submit the original notarization certificate of the guardian issued by the Tianjin Notarization Office.
  • The guardian must be a resident with permanent residence in Tianjin.
  • 3.The applicant must conduct well and be physically and mentally healthy.
  • To respect Chinese culture,and be willing to abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics is a must.
  • 4.HSK 4 certificate.
