Official copies of all previously obtained diplomas or graduation certificates (Bachelor’s / Master’s), issued by the awarding institutions.
Notarized Chinese or English transcripts of the Bachelor’s degree, and Master’s degree (if applicable) are required. The transcripts must: Be officially issued and sealed by the Academic Affairs Office, Graduate School, or Student Management Department of the attending university Clearly show all courses taken, grades received, and academic performance
Applicants must submit a notarized copy of their high school diploma, issued by the graduating institution. This document is required to verify eligibility for undergraduate-level study.
The official certificate of the highest academic degree completed by the applicant. This document must be issued by the awarding institution and clearly indicate the degree obtained and the date of graduation.
Applicants must provide proof of Chinese or English language proficiency, depending on the language of instruction of the applied program. Accepted Certificates Chinese (HSK) IELTS (minimum score: 6.5 or above) TOEFL (minimum score: 90 or above) Duolingo English Test (minimum score: 120 or above) PTE Academic ⚠️ EF SET test results are NOT accepted. All language proficiency certificates must be officially recognized and valid at the time of application.
Acceptance Letter
An official letter confirming the applicant’s acceptance or approval by the relevant academic unit, supervisor, or institution, where applicable.
Exam
University entrance examination newly implemented in China for international students.
Foreigner Physical Examination Form
The Foreigner Physical Examination Form must be completed by a licensed physician at an authorized hospital. The form must be fully filled in and include the attending doctor’s signature, the official hospital stamp, and a passport-sized photo of the applicant stamped by the hospital. Incomplete forms, or forms missing any of these elements, will be considered invalid. Please note that the medical examination results are valid for 6 months only, so applicants should ensure the examination is conducted within the required time frame.
An official bank document showing the applicant’s financial status, used to demonstrate sufficient funds for study and living expenses.
Renting accommodation outside the campus is allowed. Students may choose off-campus housing in accordance with university regulations.
Applicants must be under 30 years old.
An interview may be required depending on the supervisor’s decision.
Applicants applying for architecture or design-related majors are required to submit an original art or design portfolio, showcasing their personal creative work, design skills, and artistic ability.

Non-Criminal Record Certificate
An official Non-Criminal Record Certificate issued by the local police authority, confirming that the applicant has no criminal history. This document is mandatory for admission and residence procedures.
Other supporting documents
Additional materials that may strengthen the applicant’s profile, such as certificates, awards, recommendation letters, research summaries, internship records, or any documents relevant to the applicant’s academic or personal background.
Passport
A clear scanned copy of the passport homepage showing the applicant’s personal information, passport number, nationality, date of birth, and validity period. The passport must be valid and clearly legible, as it will be used for identity verification and admission procedures.
Recommendation Letters
Letters of recommendation written by professors or associate professors, assessing the applicant’s academic performance, research abilities, and future academic potential.
Study Plan (Master’s or PhD Program)
A study plan prepared according to the given template, specifically for the Master’s or PhD degree program applied for. The study plan should clearly outline the applicant’s academic background, research interests, objectives, proposed methodology, and future academic or career goals.
Supporting Documents
Additional materials that demonstrate the applicant’s academic achievements or research contributions, such as published papers, conference presentations, patents, competition awards, or certificates. These documents are optional but can strengthen the application.
Applicants are expected to be proficient in programming, with adequate knowledge and practical skills in relevant programming languages.
