- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with valid passports. applicants who have emigrated abroad and acquired foreign nationality must hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for 4 years or more (before April 30th, 2023), and have more than 2 years of residence in foreign countries during this period (The actual residence in a foreign country for more than 9 months in a year can be calculated as one year, subject to the entry and exit stamps).

- Applicants with non-criminal records.

- for non-native English speakers who apply for undergraduate Clinical Medicine English-taught programs, a score report of English proficiency test (IELTS ≥6.0， each of the four areas≥5.0； Internet-based TOEFL≥70， each of the four areas≥15） or equivalent certificates should be provided. A score report of English proficiency test is not needed for native English speakers or applicants who were taught in English in high school, but they should offer English scores and certification of being taught in English provided by the high school they graduated from.
- Applicants must have graduated and obtained a bachelor's degree.
