- 1. Applicants must be foreign students who do not have Chinese nationality and are willing to be educated at SPPC according to the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China.
- 2. Applicants for foreign students should be willing to abide by Chinese laws and regulations, respect Chinese customs, abide by SPPC rules and regulations, and be able to complete the study tasks.
- 3. Overseas student applicants must provide academic credentials, financial security certificates and the " Foreigner Physical Examination Form" issued by medical institutions.
- 4. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, unmarried, fresh out of high school (or equivalent) and have passed Level 4 of the Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi(HSK4). Applicants who have not passed the HSK4 can study Chinese for one year at SPPC and obtain the HSK4 before entering the college degree education stage.
