Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages is a Bachelor program offered at Beijing Foreign Studies University for international students.
المنهج الأساسي
- Applicants must have graduated from high school and be 18 years old or above.
- Applicants must not have Chinese nationality under the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China and must hold a valid ordinary passport.
- Applicants for bachelor's programs must adhere to the following additional regulations based on Letter No. 12 [2020] from the Ministry of Education:
- • According to the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China, individuals whose parent(s) are Chinese nationals and who have settled abroad, and who acquired foreign nationality at birth, shall not have Chinese nationality. These applicants must have held a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 6 years and must have resided in a foreign country for the past 6 years as of April 30, 2021 (with 9 months in a year counting as one year.
- duration of stay will be calculated based on border entry and exit stamps).
- • Applicants who were residents in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan before immigrating to a foreign country are also subject to the above regulations.
- Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy and meet the physical examination requirements for a Chinese Visa and Residence Permit, as well as the physical examination requirements for BFSU programs, to ensure their ability to study and live in China.
- Applicants must have no record of disciplinary violations, public security punishment, or criminal conduct. They should demonstrate friendliness towards China, behave well, comply with Chinese laws and university regulations, and respect Chinese customs.
- Applicants must possess a high school certificate with a good academic record.
- Applicants must achieve HSK Level 4 with a score of over 180..
