Official copies of all previously obtained diplomas or graduation certificates (Bachelor’s / Master’s), issued by the awarding institutions.
Notarized Chinese or English transcripts of the Bachelor’s degree, and Master’s degree (if applicable) are required. The transcripts must: Be officially issued and sealed by the Academic Affairs Office, Graduate School, or Student Management Department of the attending university Clearly show all courses taken, grades received, and academic performance
Valid English language test results meeting one of the following minimum requirements: TOEFL ≥ 80 IELTS ≥ 6.0 Duolingo ≥ 100
Supervisor Acceptance Letter
An official acceptance or preliminary supervision letter issued by a potential academic supervisor. It is strongly recommended to obtain this letter.
Foreigner Physical Examination Form
The Foreigner Physical Examination Form must be completed by a licensed physician at an authorized hospital. The form must be fully filled in and include the attending doctor’s signature, the official hospital stamp, and a passport-sized photo of the applicant stamped by the hospital. Incomplete forms, or forms missing any of these elements, will be considered invalid. Please note that the medical examination results are valid for 6 months only, so applicants should ensure the examination is conducted within the required time frame.
Documents demonstrating sufficient financial support during the study period, such as bank statements, income certificates, or an official sponsor guarantee letter.
Applicants may be required to attend an online or in-person interview as part of the evaluation process.
Applicants should be between 18-35 years old

Recommendation Letters
Letters of recommendation written by professors or associate professors, assessing the applicant’s academic performance, research abilities, and future academic potential.
Personal Statement
A minimum 1,000-word personal statement written in Chinese or English, clearly explaining the applicant’s academic background, research interests, proposed methodology, objectives, and the feasibility of the research plan.
Non-Criminal Record Certificate
An official Non-Criminal Record Certificate issued by the local police authority, confirming that the applicant has no criminal history. This document is mandatory for admission and residence procedures.
Supporting Documents
Additional academic materials, if available, such as published research papers, patents, awards, certificates, or other academic achievements.
