Editorial Policy
How we write, review, source and correct public information.
Independent and transparent
Study at China is a private education consultancy, not a government authority or university. Commercial relationships do not change our obligation to distinguish advice from official rules and correct errors.
Real authorship
Authors and reviewers are named only after contributing to or checking a page. Unverified bylines are not assigned individual names.
Primary sources first
For admissions, tuition, visas and recognition, we prioritise university pages and official public bodies. Summaries explain their sources; estimates are labelled as estimates.
Meaningful dates
Published and reviewed dates describe actual editorial events. We do not generate a new modified date on every page request.
Corrections
To report an error, contact our team with the page address and the supporting official source. Material corrections are reviewed and the page is updated transparently.
