Admission Requirements
- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid foreign passport, in good physical and mental health, and abide by Chinese laws and university rules. A master's degree or above is required and applicants must be under 40 (those not yet graduated may apply with an expected-graduation certificate; the diploma is due before enrolment). Applicants first contact a potential supervisor and obtain his or her letter of recommendation. Chinese-taught programmes require HSK 4 (180 or above) for Science and Engineering or HSK 5 (180 or above) for Liberal Arts, Medicine and Arts; English-taught programmes require an English proficiency certificate. An expert panel reviews the documents and may hold remote or face-to-face interviews.
