Shenzhen University was founded in 1983, in the early years of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, and is funded and administered by the Shenzhen municipal government. On-Campus Housing Options
Shenzhen University houses students on campus in 41 dormitory buildings across the Yuehai and Lihu campuses, supported by twelve canteens and more than ten sports facilities. Accommodation for international students is arranged through the College of International Exchange, based on the 3rd floor of the Zonghe Building at 3688 Nanhai Avenue.
