Supervisor Acceptance Letter
An official acceptance or preliminary supervision letter issued by a potential academic supervisor. It is strongly recommended to obtain this letter.
Foreigner Physical Examination Form
The Foreigner Physical Examination Form must be completed by a licensed physician at an authorized hospital. The form must be fully filled in and include the attending doctor’s signature, the official hospital stamp, and a passport-sized photo of the applicant stamped by the hospital. Incomplete forms, or forms missing any of these elements, will be considered invalid. Please note that the medical examination results are valid for 6 months only, so applicants should ensure the examination is conducted within the required time frame.
Renting accommodation outside the university is allowed for Master’s and PhD students only.

Two letters of recommendation written by full professors or associate professors in the relevant academic field. Each letter must include the professor’s signature, contact phone number, and email address.
Police Certificate
An official police clearance certificate proving that the applicant has no criminal record.
Verification of Chinese Study Experience (If Applicable)
Admitted students with previous Chinese study experience are required to present original certificates during registration, including: Attendance certificate (90% or above) Graduation certificate Academic performance certificate Applicants who fail to provide the required certificates will be disqualified from admission.
Passport
A clear scanned copy of the passport homepage showing the applicant’s personal information, passport number, nationality, date of birth, and validity period. The passport must be valid and clearly legible, as it will be used for identity verification and admission procedures.
