A bachelor's degree is required; applicants not yet graduated submit a pre-graduation certificate and must obtain the diploma before registration. HSK 4 or proof of equivalent Chinese ability is required; International Chinese Language Education requires HSK 5 or previous study taught in Chinese at undergraduate or high-school level.
