- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, aged between 18 and 30.
- Applicants must be in good health and meet the corresponding professional admission conditions, including:
- - Proper eyesight with no color vision deficiency.
- - Normal function of hearing, smell, and expression.
- - Individuals with infectious diseases (such as hepatitis B, HIV, syphilis, tuberculosis, etc.) and chronic diseases must be completely cured before applying.
- - Applicants with a history of mental disorders are not recommended to apply.
- - The International School reserves the right to terminate the application of any student who does not meet the health requirements.
- Applicants must comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the relevant regulations of Capital Medical University (CMU).
- English Language Requirements:
- - Native English speakers are not required to take an English examination.
- - Students who attend English-speaking secondary schools must provide evidence to waive the English examination.
- - All international applicants whose primary native language is not English and who attend a non-English speaking secondary school must submit a score report from TOEFL, IELTS, or another English test certificate. A minimum score of 80 on the TOEFL or 6.0 on the IELTS is recommended.
- Applicants must meet the requirements set forth in Document No. 12 (2020) by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China:
- - If the applicant's parent(s) were Chinese citizens residing abroad at the time of the applicant's birth, the applicant must have obtained their current foreign citizenship before April 30, 2022. Additionally, the applicant must have lived outside China for at least 2 years between April 30, 2022, and April 30, 2026.
- - Emigrants from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan applying as international students must also have obtained their current foreign citizenship before April 30, 2022, and must have lived outside China for at least 2 years during the period between April 30, 2022, and April 30, 2026.
- Applicants must provide CSCA exam results, with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and either Physics or Chemistry as an elective subject.
