For applicants who used to be Chinese citizens but later immigrated to other countries, the conditions set by the Document No. 12 (2020) of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China should be met. Applicants should be in good health and of good character, be well-behaved and be willing to abide by China's laws and regulations, as well as the university rules.
- 2. Applicant must have a high school diploma.
- 3. Applicants must be between the age of 18 and 24. Applicants who are still under the age of 18 as of September 1st, 2026 must submit the original guardian certificate issued by the Tianjin District Notary Office, and the Guardian must be a permanent resident of Tianjin.
