- You must be a non-Chinese citizen in good physical and mental health, aged 18 or over, with a high-school diploma or equivalent, and meet the Ministry of Education rules in document Jiaowaihan [2020] No. 12. Applicants for Chinese-taught bachelor's programmes must submit an HSK 5 (or higher) score report; for the International Chinese Education major the minimum is HSK 4. Chinese Government Scholarship applicants must also submit a valid CSCA (China Scholastic Competency Assessment) score report. Applications are made online.
