  • Applicants must be high school graduates or above and qualified to apply for university. Non-Chinese citizens must hold a valid foreign passport and be in good health. They must also observe Chinese laws and the regulations of Beijing Institute of Technology.
  • Applicants must be aged between 18 and 25. Those under 18 must provide a certificate from a guardian who has Beijing residency.
  • Applicants must comply with the regulations (JW〔2020〕 No. 12) issued by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.
  • A valid report of Chinese or English language proficiency tests is required. For English medium programs, acceptable scores include IELTS ≥ 6.0 or TOEFL ≥ 85, or other language certificates recognized by Beijing Institute of Technology. English native speakers are exempt from this requirement.
