  • Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport (meeting the Ministry of Education rule 教外函〔2020〕12号), in good physical and mental health with excellent grades, aged 18–35, and hold a recognised high-school diploma (final-year students must obtain it before enrolment) or a bachelor's degree. All bachelor's applicants must take and pass the CSCA (China Scholastic Competency Assessment): Chinese-taught applicants take the Chinese-language papers in Specialized Chinese and Mathematics; English-taught applicants take Mathematics only, in English. Admission steps: document review, CSCA scores, online interview if needed, academic review and final review.
