  • 1. Applicant shall be in good physical and mental health; 2. Applicants shall have good moral character and no criminal record.
  • be willing to abide by Chinese laws and regulation, as well as the rules of the XACM. 3. Applicants shall be between the age of 18 and 40 (as of March 30 2023). 4. Applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens with a valid foreign passport. For the applicants who used to be Chinese citizens but later immigrated to other countries, these applicants must hold passport or citizenship certificate of their current countries for at least 4 years in addition to the 2-year “proof of residence” in recent 4 years (as of March 30, 2023. actual residence in a foreign country for more than 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, subject to the entry and exit stamps). Applicants whose one or both parents are Chinese citizens must provide one of the following supporting documents: 1) The certificate proving that the applicants obtained the foreign nationality at birth.
  • 2) For applicants who used to be Chinese citizens but later immigrated to other countries, these applicants shall provide the certificates of cancellation of Chinese nationality. 5. Applicants shall hold at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent to a bachelor's degree. 6. Applicants shall have Chinese language proficiency equivalent to or above HSK Level 5..
