- Non-Chinese citizens who are physically and mentally healthy, possess a strong academic background, willingly to comply with Chinese laws and university regulations, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people are eligible to apply. Applicants should have completed high school or possess equivalent qualifications. They must hold a valid passport. 18 to 25 years old. Applicants under 18 years of age should provide a guaranty from a guardian. Applicants who were previously Chinese citizens and have subsequently acquired foreign nationality shall meet the requirements in the relevant regulations of China's Ministry of Education. Applicants for programs taught in English must provide IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo or other English Test scores.
