  • 1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with valid ordinary passports.
  • 2. Applicants must be in good health.
  • 3. Applicants for a Master's degree must have a Bachelor's degree and be under 35 years of age,
  • 4. Applicants may not receive any other types of scholarship.
  • 5. Chinese-taught programs: Report of a valid HSK4 180 points and above. Other language proficiency certificates are also acceptable upon approval by XJTU. Those who have taken Chinese-taught courses to obtain a Chinese university degree are exempt from the HSK certificate.
  • Please note that students applying for the major of "International Chinese Language Education" at the School of Foreign Languages must have the report of a valid HSK5 180 points and above..
