Programme principal
- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport and meet the conditions set by Document No. 12 (2020) of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.

- Applicants must be in good physical and mental health, demonstrate proper moral conduct, and have a friendly attitude towards China.
- Applicants whose native language is not English must submit an English proficiency certificate obtained within the last two years. Acceptable certificates include:
