  • 1. Non-Chinese citizens who are physically and mentally healthy, have a good academic background, wilingly abide by Chinese laws and CAUC regulations, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people.
  • 2. Aged between 18-30, with those under 18 needing to submit a guardian's guarantee. Applicants who are still under the age of 18 as of March 6th of 2026 must submit the original guardian certificate issued by the Notary Office in Tianjin, and the guardian must be a permanent resident of Tianjin.
  • 3. Applicants should be good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing with a IELTS score of 5.5 or above, or TOEFL score of 70 or above, or Duolingo score of 85 or above.
