  • Non-Chinese citizens aged 18 and above (by September 1, 2020) holding a valid foreign ordinary passport.
  • For former Chinese citizens who have become foreign nationals, please refer to the Notice by the Ministry of Education regarding the Regulation of Admission of International Students in China's Higher Education Institutions (JWH [2020] No. 12).
  • Applicants must be senior high school graduates or possess an equivalent educational level with good grades.
  • Applicants must abide by Chinese laws and regulations as well as the rules and regulations of Chengdu University.
  • Applicants must be in good health.
  • An HSK (Level IV) Certificate obtained within the last two years is required.
