- Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 to 55 years old. If the applicant is under 18, they must obtain consent from their school and provide relevant documents, such as a notary certificate of guardianship.
- Eligibility: Non-Chinese citizens holding foreign ordinary passports are eligible to apply.
- • If one or both parents of the applicant are Chinese citizens residing in a foreign country, and the applicant (who does not hold Chinese nationality) has foreign nationality from birth, they must have held a valid foreign passport or foreign nationality certificate for at least 4 years. Additionally, they must have a record of actual residence in a foreign country for at least 2 years within the last 4 years (as of April 30 of the enrollment year). Actual residence in a foreign country for 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, based on entry and exit stamps.
- • Residents of mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan who have immigrated and acquired foreign nationality must also meet the above requirements when applying for undergraduate studies at BLCU as international students.
- Chinese Language Requirements: Applicants must have an HSK4 certificate with an overall score of 180 or above.
