  • 2. Applicants for master programs should be Bachelor degree holder and under the
  • age of 35;
  • 3.Must be in good physical and mental health.
  • 4. Evidence of English Proficiency:
  • (1) A minimum score of 80 on the TOEFL, 6.0 (no sub-test lower than 5.5) on the IELTS, or 115 on the Duolingo English Test; OR
  • (2) If the applicant's previous degree was instructed in English, a certificate from the institution confirming English as the medium of instruction may be submitted;
  • (3) No certification is required if the applicant's first language is English.
