  • 1. Non-Chinese citizens who fulfill the criteria outlined in the Notice of the Ministry of Education regarding the Regulation of International Student Enrollment by Higher Education Institutions in China. (Note: Should an applicant be identified by Chinese authorities as possessing Chinese nationality at any stage, their eligibility will be annulled, leading to disqualification or dismissal.) 2. Possession of a high school diploma. 3. Age must be under 25 years. 4. Must be in good physical and mental health. 5. Evidence of English Proficiency: (1) A minimum score of 80 on the TOEFL, 6.0 (no sub-test lower than 5.5) on the IELTS, or 115 on the Duolingo English Test; OR (2) If the applicant's previous degree was instructed in English, a certificate from the institution confirming English as the medium of instruction may be submitted; (3) No certification is required if the applicant's first language is English. 6. Results from the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA), download here.
