DUFE offers on-campus dormitory rooms to international and exchange students at approximately RMB 1,100 per month, booked in advance through the university's housing office (bookingaroom@dufe.edu.cn). Rooms are arranged around shared bathrooms, kitchens and laundry facilities, and a one-off damage deposit plus a separate Wi-Fi charge apply. Students who prefer more independence may instead rent privately in the surrounding Shahekou District, where rents typically run between RMB 1,000 and 2,000 per month.
